Haha ok, i thougth it would work with my dual core, its a 3ghz, but mabey clock it when i got a new graphcard: Picking one of the GSdx plugins is your best bet, since it tends to give the best performance in most cases. Thorough and easy to navigate.

I think this is because my CPU is bottlenecking my system with a slower instruction set instead of sse4 like you could do on an intel chip.

Even video cards are no as decisive as processor for PSX2 emulation; you both lack of video power, I think you will need at least an Ati Radeon HD series or Nvidia GeForceof course higher is better, but after Radeon HD or GeForfe GTX ; you won't find any speed improvement, after that you will need pure main processor brute force. I'm getting this error --sync, doesn't make any difference: What video plugin ga are you using if your emulator uses one?

Also to be noted at least on my cpu and graphics card, a 1GB stock speeds that DX10 looks much better than the DX9 renderer, I get better performance out of the DX9 renderer because it's not gx slow. I can now comprehend what I'm doing instead of just blindly clicking check boxes to see if performance improves. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding.

Still, it can be run full speed as in, at the best speed it ever achieves on a PS2 and it's definitely playable Im having the slowdown problem and wondering if its my hardware.
